Their website is a joke.In 2011 I think it's not unheard of to be able to pay my bill online.
I've had an online account for two months now and the website has yet to work. When I call they tell me there's nothing wrong with their website but when I ask to speak to a supervisor he tells me their website has not worked in over 7 months. 7 months?!?! It takes that long to fix it?!
I just want to pay my bill!! I am also not receiving my printed bills in the mail.
This company is a joke.If I could pay of my entire car loan I would.
